What form of payments are accepted for online purchases?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, ZipPay, Klarna and Afterpay. Your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase.

Please note: Some payment transactions will appear on your statement under Signal Brands Australia, which is our parent company.

Can eGift Cards issued online be used in-store?

Online Gift Cards can be used online or in-store. Simply present the QR code or barcode at checkout and our friendly retail staff can help you to redeem the value.

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Can in-store credits be used online?

Yes! Credits issued in-store in the form of a Gift Card can be redeemed online.

Can Gift Cards be purchased in-store and redeemed online?

Yes, they can. Steve Madden online accepts Gift Cards that have been purchased or issued in Steve Madden stores.
