    At Steve Madden, we make every effort to ensure your purchases get to you as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying, and 'gramming them sooner. We endeavour to process your orders within 1-3 business days, excluding carrier timeframes. 

    Please note: Dispatch may be subject to delays due to increased order volume during key trading periods.

    After your order has been placed, it will be processed and prepared right away - we want to get your new shoes to you ASAP!

    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care team within 1 hour of placing your order at info@stevemadden.com.au, and we will try our best to accommodate your request. 

    Please note: Most orders are shipped within the same business day, so in the case of it being too late to intercept, we ask that you wait until the order arrives and follow the applicable return procedure. 

    Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes, including removing items from the order. 

    If you notice an error on your order, please reach out to us within 1 hour of the order being placed, as the order will need to be cancelled and a new one will need to be placed.

    Unfortunately, with the volume of orders we receive, occasionally a product may have been oversold. We will always contact you via email to let you know that your product cannot be sent and will refund you to the original payment method. 

    If you have multiple products on one order, we will still fulfil what is available.
